Policies

The Morning Glory is a small and intimate bed & breakfast where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please see our below policies for more information.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 1pm – 6pm EST
  • Check-out: 11:00am EST
  • Please contact us should a late arrival be necessary at 978.741.1703

Smoking

  • Absolutely no smoking inside the inn and guest rooms. However, we have several designated outdoor smoking areas available.

Children

  • It will be our pleasure to welcome children 12 years and older accompanied by an adult.
  • Maximum of two (2) adults per room.

Animals

  • While we love animals, with the exception of service dogs, we are unable to accept pets.

Deposit

  • All reservations are charged a one nights deposit at time of reservation.
  • Any balance due will be paid upon arrival.

Minimum Stays

  • Generally, we have a two night minimum stay over weekends, however there is a three night minimum stay over weekends for the month of October and a four night minimum stay over the Halloween period.
  • Holiday minimum stay periods and pricing may vary. You are welcome to call to determine if an exception can be made.

Credit Cards & Gift Certificates

  • We accept Visa, MC, Discover and Cash.
  • We are pleased to offer Gift Certificates as a gift item for special occasions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Due to our very small size, cancellations affect us significantly and therefore, we adhere to a strict policy.
  • All months excluding October: All reservations canceled within sixty (60) days of the confirmed arrival date will have the deposit refunded less a $50 cancellation processing fee. However, all reservations canceled within two (2) weeks of the confirmed arrival date, regardless of the reason, will forfeit the full deposit. All reservations cancelled outside sixty (60) days of the confirmed arrival date will have the deposit refunded in full.
  • October: All reservations canceled within sixty (60) days of the confirmed arrival date will have the deposit refunded less a $100 cancellation processing fee. However, all reservations canceled within two (2) weeks of the confirmed arrival date, regardless of the reason, will forfeit the full deposit. All reservations cancelled outside sixty (60) days of the confirmed arrival date will have the deposit refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.
